Legendary actress Julie Andrews has released a new statement confirming she will not be in the upcoming highly anticipated 'The Princess Diaries 3'.
While Anne Hathaway will be reprising her role as Mia Thermopolis, 90 year old Andrews, who played Queen Clarisse Renaldi in the first two films, will not be.
During a phone interview with 'TODAY', Andrews spoke very directly:
"I'm not going to be in it",
"I think the story is slightly different, and I'm not quite sure how they're dealing with that. But it's too late for me to do it. I think the story has to continue in Princess Mia. It's her story. It's not really mine."
