Golden Globe/Olivier Award winner Rachel Zegler is officially bringing her portrayal of Evita to Broadway next season!
After capturing the Lead Actress in in the West End for her portrayal, Zegler will bring it during the upcoming 2027 season.
The Jamie Lloyd production will land at a Shubert theater, which has yet to be announced.
One of the most infamous moments from the West End, is that during the iconic 'Don't Cry For Me Argentina', Zegler performed from the balcony of the London Palladium. Due to safety concerns, the production in NYC will be reshaped.
No official date, but the show will launch in the spring of next year.
