Ugh.
Today, a South Carolina coroner has revealed that actress Hayden Panettiere died from accidental overdose involving fentanyl.
While noting no signs of trauma, the autopsy ruled the cause of her death was "toxic effects" of fentanyl, 4-ANPP, alprazolam, methocarbamol, and quetiapine.
Emergency responders arrived to Hayden's residence on August 16th, and issued advanced cardiac life support measures, but it was too late. Hayden was pronounced dead at the scene.
